Being home alone or feeling lonely is a feeling that could lead to depression and anxiety if it is not monitored, and that is why having a lounge to go without being judged could ease the pain and eliminate any unwanted feelings.
- Every Wednesday between 6.00 pm and 8.00 pm, we hold, “Come Dine With Me” session. This is when between 10 to 12 people from all works of life come together to dine together as part of a loving community. Free three course meal will be provided, with a variety of non alcoholic drinks. Advanced booking is required please.
- We have ‘meditation/quiet’ room. This can be booked in advance for personal chill out time with tranquility music to help you relax and connect with yourself again. This can be booked for up to an hour, depending on how busy we are. Advance booking is definitely advisable.
- We also provide free group meditation every Monday, Wednesday & Friday between the hours of 11.00 am & 1.00 pm, and each session lasts for 20 to 30 minute
